Final Player ran on the flat before going to Point-to-Point where he won at Charm Park and Easingwold. He won the 'Papworth Novices' Handicap Chase' under rules at Huntingdon in May 1991 before being sold to J D V Seth-Smith to run in Point-to-Points.
