Working Girl's Story


Working Girl was a speedy homebred filly by Workboy. She finished third on her debut and next time out won the 'Kidsneuk Stakes' at Ayr. Later the same month took the 'Leslie Marler Challenge Trophy' at Nottingham. Working Girl was also third in the 'Rous Selling Stakes' at York in 1977. Her final race was at York in October 1977. She later stood as a broodmare and was the dam of Street Girl and Just-A-Gigolo.
