Hurricane Henry ran on the flat for Michael Stoute but came to the stable to go hurlding. He won two time races over hurdles and was ridden by Ronnie Beggan in both victories which came at Catterick in December 1986 and Wetherby in March 1987. He left the yard in late 1987 to be trained by James Bennett.
