The Resdev Scholar and jockey Joanna Mason were winners on Town Moor this afternoon.
A breeze up buy in the spring, the two-year-old followed up his win at Musselburgh a fortnight ago by taking the Sky Sports Racing Sky 415 Nursery.
Hitting the front a furlong out the son of Mehmas was always doing enough and stayed on well to pick up the first prize money of £11,880.
"Well done to the team and the Scholarship," said Joanna Mason after the race. "Credit especially should go to Nathan Evans who rides him out at home and has done a fine job."
