Cherry Corner was claimed out of a Beverley seller in 1980 after winning on his debut. After he joined us he won the 'Airy Hill 2yo Stakes' at Redcar as a juvenile ridden by Terry Lucas. He went on to win sellers at Newcastle and Redcar in 1981.
