Morene was by Lochnager out of Podzola who was trained here. she made her debut at Thirsk in May 1983. She won the 'Sedbury 2yo Selling Stakes' at Catterick in the September of her two-year-old season at odds of 4/1. Morene raced six times for us and won once.
