We have weekend action at Southwell and Newcastle on Saturday as we send out five runners.

Liverpool Star has been in good form on the all weather and he heads to Newcastle for the Bet £10 Get £40 With BetMGM Handicap where he'll bid for his first career win.

Also taking her chance at Gosforth Park is former point-to-pointer Pop The Question. We think she has enough speed to make her mark on the flat and at eight-years-old she'll line up for the Win £250,000 With BetMGM's Golden Goals Novice Stakes. A winner of two point-to-points and also over hurdles she'll take a big step back in trip to seven furlongs.
There's afternoon racing at Southwell where the one mile Always Gamble Responsibly At BetMGM Restricted Novice Stakes has divided.

August Spring carries top weight in Division I where he'll be ridden by Billy Garritty. He has his second outing on the flat having finished seventh of ten to Exmoor at Newcastle last month.

Tommo's Ginjaninja and Rocklaw will contest the second division at 3.28. Joint top-weight Portman Blue is rated 72 and sets the standard but has to concede weight to the three-year olds.
