Three-year-old The Resdev Scholar returns to the Knavesmire on Saturday after being placed at York last week.

Joanna Mason will rake the ride on the son of Mehmas who won his last three starts in 2025 and has shown up well this season with form figures of 2433.

Having been balloted out of his original target at Haydock where he was to run in the £100,000 Silver Bowl, he has been rerouted to York for the seven furlong Reg Bond 'Always And Forever' Handicap where a maximum field go to post.
