Lever Up heads to Beverley on Tuesday as he bids for his first career victory. The four-year-old was last seen on the Knavesmire in June when finishing fifth in the Macmillan charity race where he was ridden by Becky Mason. Becky's sister Joanna will be the rider on the Westwood as the chestnut son of Ulysses tackles the Beverley Annual Badgeholders Handicap over ten furlongs.

Lever Up will carry top weight in the race where the danger id the hat-trick seeking Bradbury who has been raised four pounds following victories at Leicester and Wetherby.

So Grateful hinted at a return to form last time at Ayr when fourth of 13 and he is back in action in the Connexin Gigabit Gallop Handicap. He'll be having only his second outing at Beverley, having finished last behind King Of The Jungle here in May. The ground will suit our horse who has won twice on Good to Firm.
