We have a busy bank holiday lined up as we send out runners to three courses under three different codes.

There's jumps action at Cartmel where we run Time Twister at the traditional August bank holiday meeting in Cumbria. The three-year-old makes his hurdles debut in the Sticky Toffee Pudding Juvenile Hurdle and Jamie Hamilton takes the ride. Our horse has shown ability on the flat and the longer trip will suit him. Wicksey is the horse to beat, being a multiple winner on the flat and also scoring on his sole outing over timber at Stratford.
Test Run makes his handicap debut in the first division of the Southwell Racecourse Conference & Events Handicap at Southwell. He's switched ownership since he was last seen on the track and now runs in the colours of the Laura Mason Syndicate, as he replaces the recently retired Ring Of Gold. Vega Storm could go well here, and was finishing well when third at Ayr last time.
On the turf we run three at Ripon where the ground has eased over the previous week.

Brewster makes his debut in the Squadron Flyer At Aldwark Manor Estate EBF Restricted Maiden Stakes. By Belardo, he's the first off spring of Maiden's Green, who stands with us as a broodmare. The horse to watch here may be Arenite, who was runner up on his two starts to date and clearly has ability.
Bear Lee won at Musselburgh in June and has run well in decent handicaps at York since. She steps up in class for the British Stallion Studs EBF Ripon Champion Two Yrs Old Trophy Stakes where she has it all to do at the weights.

Rogue Jewel and Not My Type are both seeking hat-tricks. Clash Of Hearts is the highest rated horse in the race, with a mark of 96, and he was last seen int he Acomb Stakes at York.
Last up at Ripon is Trucial Pearl in the first division of the Napoleons Casino And Restaurant Leeds Classified Stakes. A diminutive filly, she has improved since stepping up in trip and was a winner over a mile in June at Ripon. Trucial Pearl tackles ten furlongs for the first time today, which isn't the trip we had in mind when purchasing this daughter of Ardad.

Tim Easterby's prolific winner Little Ted may be able to exploit his current mark here as the nine-year-old becomes eligible for 0-50 classified races and faces his opponents on favourable terms. Little Ted has recorded at least one win every season since 2020 and his annual success may not be far away.
