Two-year-old Court Legend lost his maiden tag this afternoon by taking the Return Of The Legend Martin Spencer Nursery Handicap at Beverley.

A runner up at the same track earlier this month, the son of Inns Of Court went one better in the hands of Joanna Mason to become the second juvenile winner of the season for the Lee Westwood partnership. v Returned at odds of 6/1, Court Legend was given a fantastic ride up the far rail to hit the front in the final half furlong to beat Bella Lucia by half a length .
