Senator Snugfit made his debut at Redcar in 1988. He won over hurdles at Sedgefield and over fences at Catterick, Wetherby and back at Sedgefield.
Senator Snugfit ran in the famous void Grand National of 1993, where he was injured after falling at the 11th fence in what would be his final race.
