Joanna Mason rode her 127th winner for the yard this afternoon as three-year-old Gunalt Wavelength took the first division of the Mark Leather's 70th Birthday Handicap at Yorkshire's garden racecourse.
The daughter to Make Believe had finished runner up in four of her 10 previous races, including last time out at Redcar, and went one better this time as she defeated the 5/2 favourite Simba's Pride by a neck. She was returned at odds of 6/1 and collected £3,664 in winning prizemoney.
