Golden Savannah made his debut at Ripon in 1993. He won over hurdles at Wetherby in December of the same year but lost his form and ran his last race for the yard at Market Rasen in May 1995. Golden Savannah was sold to Mike Sowersby in 1995 and later ran for several other yards. He retired in 2004 having run in PTPs (won three) until the age of 14.
